Yes, we are commercially insured. Our company holds a Commercial General Liability insurance policy with a coverage limit of 5 million dollars.
We arrive 1 hour before the booth start time to set up and do a few test runs to ensure your photo booth will be running flawlessly throughout the event. Set up / tear down is included in all packages and do not affect the booth operating hours. If you would like us to set up earlier than 1 hour, you can add an idle hour for $50/hr.
No, we don’t charge anything extra for setup and teardown of our booth. All of this is included in the price we provide you with.
Usually, we need 10’x10’ in most packages (Signature Booth, Mirror Booth & 360). However, we are flexible. Our Selfie Station is small and high-tech that only requires 5’x5’ of space.
A standard 120V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet. We will only provide a 15ft extension cord.
Our Signature Photo Booth, Mirror Booth, and 360 Booth services include an on-site attendant who will handle setup, testing, and troubleshooting, as well as interact with your guests to ensure they have a great time!
The Selfie Station, on the other hand, is a self-serve, drop-off booth that does not require an on-site attendant.
Yes, after booking, you can send us your logo, monogram, or a custom message (such as names, date, or hashtag) — up to a maximum of 60 characters.
You’re also welcome to share the theme and colors of your event. Our designer will create a personalized template that matches your event’s style and color scheme.
There is no travel fee for locations within 30km radius of downtown Toronto. We'll add a fee for locations outside of this radius.
A logistics fee may apply if the venue requires additional time or effort for loading, unloading, or setup.
We do require Wi-Fi if you intend to use the social media sharing features and for your guests to download the images digitally. If Wi-Fi isn't provided, images will be queued up and sent when the system is connected to Wi-Fi. We can provide hotspot capability at an additional cost.
Yes, our booths come with studio quality continuous lighting, giving you the freedom to set any lighting conditions you want.
