Everything was as described, the props were so much fun, I loved the backdrop and the two attendants there were so nice, every photo I took with guests he had put all mine aside til then end of the night so I didn't have to worry about where to keep them! How much does a photo booth rental cost in Vaughan?

Our photo booth rental packages in Vaughan start from $400 for the Selfie Station, $600 for the Signature Photo Booth, $650 for the 360 Booth, and $750 for the Black & White Glam Booth. Pricing varies based on the booth type, hours of coverage, and any add-ons. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your event.

How far in advance should I book a photo booth?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding and holiday seasons. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings — contact us to check availability.

Is a deposit required to secure my date?

Yes, a 30% retainer is required at the time of booking along with a signed agreement to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due a week before your event day.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Setup and teardown are included in all packages at no extra cost. A travel fee applies for locations outside a 30km radius of downtown Toronto. A logistics fee may apply if your venue requires additional time or effort for loading and unloading.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will receive a 70% refund — the 30% retainer is non-refundable.

Custom items such as backdrops, props, and booth wraps are non-refundable once ordered.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 20 days before your event date, subject to availability.

What is included in a photo booth rental package?

All Signature Photo Booth packages include unlimited instant prints, digital sharing via email and QR code, a personalized print template, an online event gallery, a backdrop, fun party props, an on-site attendant, and setup and teardown. Additional add-ons like a guestbook, 4x6" print upgrade, red carpet, and custom branding are also available.

Are prints unlimited?

Yes — our Signature Photo Booth, and Glam Booth packages include unlimited prints for the full duration of your rental. Fair usage policy applies.

Can I customize the photo print template?

Absolutely. After booking, you can send us your logo, monogram, or a custom message such as names, date, or hashtag. Share your event theme and colours and our designer will create a personalized template that perfectly matches your event style.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We arrive 1 hour before your booth start time to set up and run test sessions to ensure everything is running flawlessly. Setup and teardown do not count against your rental time. If you need us to arrive earlier, an idle hour can be added for $50/hr.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, we can set up outdoors provided there is a flat level surface, access to a standard 120V power outlet within 15 feet, and overhead cover such as a tent or canopy to protect the equipment from sun and rain.

Can you add our company logo to the photos?

Yes — we can add your company logo, slogan, event hashtag, or any custom branding to the photo print template. Custom booth wraps and branded backdrops are also available as add-ons for a fully branded corporate experience.

Do you travel outside of Toronto?

Yes — we serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and Hamilton. There is no travel fee within a 30km radius of downtown Toronto. A travel fee applies for locations beyond that radius.

What is the difference between your photo booth types?

Our Signature Photo Booth is our most popular all-inclusive booth with prints and an attendant. The Selfie Station is a self-serve drop-off digital booth perfect for budget-friendly events. The 360 Booth captures cinematic slow-motion videos perfect for social media sharing. The Black & White Glam Booth delivers Hollywood-style portraits with studio lighting. The AI Photo Booth transforms guests into custom AI-generated images. Contact us to find the right booth for your event.

How long should I rent a photo booth for my wedding?

We recommend a minimum of 3 hours for weddings. This allows enough time for all your guests to enjoy the booth, especially after dinner and speeches when the booth sees the most activity. Our most popular wedding package is the 3-hour Signature Photo Booth package starting at $780.

Can the photo booth match my event theme or brand?

Yes — we specialize in fully customized photo booth experiences. From custom print templates and branded backdrops to custom booth wraps and branded props, everything can be tailored to match your event theme or company brand.

How much space is needed for the photo booth setup?

Our Signature Photo Booth requires 8'x8' space and 360 Booth require a 10'x10' space. The Selfie Station only requires 5'x5' making it perfect for smaller venues. We are flexible and can work with your venue layout.
